Supporting the HR function, coordinating the administration of all the property’s HR policies and procedures including compensation and benefits, Team Member relations, labour relations, discipline, internal communication, performance management, retention and recruitment as assigned
- Assists to manage the HR department according to Organization’s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principles. Reinforces the team members to achieve the department goals.
- Implements and maintain all human resources policies including licenses, VISA and work permit
- Supports time by time Learning & Development courses and activities: core curriculum, orientation, modules, and other training modules to equip team members.
- Updates periodically regarding the competitor’s staffing information such as: comp set survey, turnover, salary and benefit update and etc.
- Age of 30 years old and above
- Reliable and self- driven with own initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Can solve problems
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Thai nationality only
