To supervise operations in assigned sections to consistently and profitably deliver a high quality guest experience in accordance with established standards.
Liaises with local authorities to identify activities that may effect the operation such as: seasonal events, current community crime trends, and potential for terrorism.
Provides an interdepartmental training agenda to promote security and safety awareness for all hotel Team Members.
Ensures all accidents and incidents are investigated, recorded and followed-up.
Bachelor Degree/High Vocational
- Have been working in position in hotel industry for the minimum of 1-2 years or related
- Experience in the fire life and safety system
- Fair English Communication
- Skillful in Ms.office program use
- Dynamic and can work under challenging situation
- Safety and Security Audit experienced is a plus
