- Responsible for the food cost, mise en place according to established checklists and cover forecasts.
- Service minded, flexible, hand on with a for detail person.
- Strong leadership skills
- Good in verbal and written English
- Reasonable skill in MS-office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Minimum of 1 year experience at a similar position at a 4-5 star property.
