We are seeking an Agent, Reservations for Amari Residences Pattaya

The property is situated on the very fringe of Pratumnak Hill overlooking Pattaya Bay, consisting of 173 residences and 153 condos, all day dining restaurant, coffee lounge, gym, kid’s club and pool.

Qualifications:

Job Summary :
Administer day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department under the direction of the Cluster Manager, Revenue , within the guidelines of Cluster Manager, Revenue and Distribution with all reservation requirements, systems and procedures and administer each reservation accurately. Up selling reservations in order to maximize room revenue in a courteous, friendly and professional manner to all clientele and other Team Member.

The successful candidate has :
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• Minimum one years of experience working with Front Office / Reservations / Revenue / Sales & Marketing
• Skills in Opera PMS system, Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Be proactive and positive attitude
• Strong in inter-personality
• Have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in ever-changing environment
• Highly organized personality and ability to finish assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Service minded and open to adapt and learn new concepts and ideas
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience is a plus
• Good written and verbal English and Thai communication skills
• Thai nationality
