- Education: Culinary Diploma or 5 years’ experience in 5 star kitchen
- Certification: HACCP
Experience: Previous, relevant experience as a Chef De Partie or a high-performing Demi Chef De Partie in a first class property
- Knowledge: Hygiene forecasting, resource planning, and waste management, Hot & Cold Preparation
- Skills: Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Handling guest complains
- Characteristic: Ability to Handle High Stress Environments, Curiosity and Desire to Learn More, Attention to Detail
- Behavior: Willingness to Accept Criticism
- Attitude: Positive
- Technical skills required: Knife skills
