Chef de Cuisine – Italian Restaurant “La Gritta”
You will be responsible for:
- Running and operating of the Italian kitchen
- Contribute culinary creativity and maintain high food quality standards, on par with company standards
- Maintain a high standard of services and hygiene in the kitchen
- Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchens and other departments
- To maximize productivity and maintaining harmony among all team members
- Cost control and minimize food waste
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the upscale hospitality market in Thailand
- Experience in a Chef de Cuisine position in upscale Italian Restaurants
- Bachelor degree or diploma from a recognized Culinary Institute
- Creativity in crafting menus and dishes in relation to specific seasonal ingredients and festive celebrations
- Possess problem solving skills with a passion for service and driving guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate and handle guests enquiries, complaints and provide prompt and satisfactory service recovery
