Assistant Front Office Manager
As this position will lead of Front Office department.
To ensure front office management tasks such as workflows, forms, Team members training are running smoothly.
To ensure desk operating system such as Opera, Ving Card, Operator system are working properly.
- Implementation and training of SOP and all policies & procedures as per ONYX standard to the department.
- Deliver a high quality guest experience in accordance with established standards.
- Meets, greets and escorts guests to the room in accordance with the hotel’s standards and as assigned.
- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
- Able to manage the operation, provide training and procedure and strong leadership skills.
- Have strong ability to handle and drive Guest experience.
- Minimum 2 year of experiences in 3 star hotel.
- Proficient in OPERA system.
- Proficient in English communication
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
