Team Leader, Front Office Concierge
- Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Amari brand standards.
- Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation upon request from hotel guests.
- Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.
- Fulfills unusual requests such as arranging for adventure experiences such as coordinating special moments for guests, and searching for hard-to-find items.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Supervising, training and developing a team of staff.
- Min diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
- Provide personal services of the highest level that may include, but not limited, to
restaurant reservations, recreation requests, floral orders, shoe shine, etc. They also
have the ability to make available maps, literature, and other materials.
- Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and
demeanor.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service and
interpersonal skills.
- Assure prompt and positive action on all guest complaints, questions, concerns and
suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
